Why is The Island of Dr. Moreau the worst movie of all time? Simply put, The Island of Dr. Moreau goes above and beyond
the call of duty when it comes to over doing all possible plot points, characterizations, and effects. First of all, this
movie goes off on this creature feature tangent and then tries to be profound at the end with some half-baked concept about
how mankind is more like beasts than we think. That'd be fine if the movie backed that up or set the mood. It doesn't. Instead,
it throws out the cheese into your face: cheesy makeup, cheesy lines, cheesy acting, cheesy plot. Run far, far away from it.
It will not get any better if you put some thought into it or watch it several times. The suckiness is set in stone.
